Cancellation Policy

Any Early Bird Special Tickets(Pass Packages) bought before January 6, 2008 were non-Refundable but could be transferred with no charge. After January 6, 2009 a fee of $100 - $150 will be charged for any changes, transfers or cancellations. The Congress Pass is refundable (less the cancellation fee of $100) through June 1, 2007. After this date the New York Salsa Congress Pass is refundable(less the cancellation free of $150) Allow 6-8 weeks for processing of refund.
