Cancellation Policy
Any Early Bird Special Tickets(Pass Packages) bought before January 6, 2010 were non-Refundable but changes can be maid and you can transfer your pass by yourself with no charge. After January 6, 2010 the Salsa Congress Pass is refundable (less the cancellation fee of $100) through June 1, 2010. After this date the Salsa Congress Pass is refundable(less the cancellation free of $150) Allow 6-8 weeks for processing of refund.
