Please note: It’s very important that reserve your room as early as possible before they sell out AGAIN. Every year we nearly beg for you to take action and still people wait till the last second when the room block is all booked. The Hilton only asks for a payment of one room night at the point of reservation which is refundable 48hrs before the day you booked so just book it and get it over with. In 2007 and 2008 we sold out all the rooms early and this year due to what we have in store for you know that the rooms will sell out even quicker. JUST DO IT AND GET IT OVER WITH!!!

Last year we realized not only did we have more people coming; regular visitors to NY were finding this website and also booking their room at the discounted rate which is a smart thing to do. Remember folks, this event is heavily promoted and open to the public. The New York International Salsa Congress is held in the Heart of New York City, which happens to be the Capital of the world and the MECCA of Salsa. Once the hotel is sold out, that’s it. Do yourself a favor. Even if you think that you are going to come, just reserve the room but then 48hrs before The event starts if you decide you are not coming anymore just cancel your reservation.
